If you don't see a meaningful reduction in hair growth after consistent use, contact us and we'll refund your full purchase price. That's it.

- We respond within 24–48 hours with a prepaid return label (US orders) and clear instructions.
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned device.
